THE RARE FISKER

The Tramonto, the first design unveiled by Henrik Fisker under his eponymous company, is a convertible based on the SL-Class. In true bespoke fashion, the car receives entirely new coachwork; few onlookers will recognize its relationship to all the other SLs on the road. It comes in a number of trim levels, with power ratings that range from 382 hp to a breathtaking 700 hp. Prices (including the base car) start at $183,500 and reach $369,500. Specifications listed here are for the 700 hp V12 AMG Bi-Turbo with the HP performance package, which uses the SL65 AMG as a platform. The designer responsible for cars like the BMW Z8 and the Aston Martin DB9 will build only 150 Tramontos.
